We're obviously still working on #2 for now, so I have no idea how I will feel. Benjamin is fairly certain we should be done with 2.

I don't even care what number we end up with, as long as I feel totally and completely, 100% DONE in my heart. Benjamin has so many compelling arguments for 2, and many are touched on here. A hand for each. A balance between parents and kids. Seats at a table for 4 at a restaurant. So many things just "work" with 2 that are more complicated with more.

I don't know where we'll end up either, but I love, love, love hearing how full and happy your life is with two and I cross my fingers that someday I'll be certain of "the end" as well.Kate (This Place is Now a Home)http://thisplaceisnowahome.wordpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7085862452910128028.post-83448766762472900322013-02-09T06:07:01.463-08:002013-02-09T06:07:01.463-08:00I love your honesty. My reasoning is that I have two hands, no more... and I wouldn't want my children to feel like they need to fight for me too much. clare @ the pretty walrushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17463034859576633428noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7085862452910128028.post-974204767261288042013-02-08T18:13:16.227-08:002013-02-08T18:13:16.227-08:00I could have written this post myself this time la...I could have written this post myself this time last year. It is nice to be able to look back from this stage of things. Those were hard days, but it does get better :) my boys are 3 and almost 18 months, and they are playing together and developing the sweetest relationship. I have often thought about our moms and wondered how they got anything done with 3 to keep up with. Your kids are precious!
