Blueberry yogurt cake

For Sunday breakfast, I decided to make this Blueberry Yogurt Cake (found through Danielle). It was delicious. Perfect for serving our friends that join us for church in our living room on Sunday mornings. I will definitely be making it again and highly recommend you give it a try, too!

Weekend Fun.

As I said in yesterday's post, we experienced some almost spring-like weather. Someone from the South would probably think it was cold, but around these parts it felt warm. After Saturday's "big" outing, we decided on a low-key picnic and walk to the park on Sunday.

I honestly was bursting with happiness as I felt warmth from the sun spread across my back as we walked. Life is so different with a baby, but I love the way it has pushed us to spend more time doing simple things. And, I guess, not surprisingly these simple things bring so much joy.

Saturday was a Spring-like day. After the snow on Friday, we jumped at the chance to spend our afternoon outside. We decided to head up to Gloucester and enjoy the sunshine, ocean and antique & thrift stores. It was a great family outing and made me so excited for the warmer, sunnier days that are undoubtedly on their way to us.

Meredith had her first trip to the aquarium yesterday. We had a great time with her one of her best little buddies and one of my best friends. The babies enjoyed looking at all the lights and creatures. I enjoyed getting out of the house and being all thrifty-like with street parking and museum passes from the library.
