First Day of Preschool
Meredith started at a little preschool today. Just once a week, from 9-2. She did great! I couldn't be prouder of her. We said good-bye with no tears and she played happily all day. I can't believe we're already at this point, but I think for us it is perfect timing. A little break for mama, some one-on-one time with the new baby once he arrives and more time for Meredith to meet new friends.

I loved these photos of our school girl all dressed up with her backpack and I assume her lunch bag. She looks so grown up and absolutely beautiful. I am so proud of her parents. You are doing a great job. I am anxious to get there. Love to each, Mom
so...i was reading this and remembered how i found your blog when meredith was celebrating her first christmas and started tearing up! hah, i am such a loser. but i can't believe she's already in pre-school - i can't imagine what a milestone it is for you! she looks so adorable and even though i'm being a sappy sally i'm also pumped that in a few short weeks you'll be a mom to a little boy!!! can you believe it?!
*sidenote - i truly think you'll read this comment in full sarcasm and be like - yes, weirdo, i actually have a reason to be emotional that my daughter started school and yes, fool, i know i'm having boy. but oh well. such is blogging when readers you've never met get so invested in your life!*

Yay!! Way to go Meredith! And I'm so very glad you get some alone time before baby arrives and then one on one time with the little guy. And super happy Meredith enjoys her time with her friends.
