Mama Meredith & Potty Training

A few weeks ago, we attempted potty training. We were not successful. I was demoralized. Meredith was frustrated. So, we are taking a break. Yet, while we aren't actively talking about potty training, it's still clearly on her mind. I'm taking this as a good sign.

And goodness! How great are toddlers?! Sure, they have their moments. But mostly, I am laughing all day long at how clever she is.

I keep hearing stories about potty training and all the ups and downs! I am loving how much you are able to enjoy each stage. And it looks like Mere is on the right track- she's teaching her cabbage patch to use the potty!

So cute :) Potty training is definitely a tough one. Do they let her sit on the potty at pre-school? Sometimes that helps to move the process along too. She'll get it when she gets it though!

I miss you all! We enjoyed your being in Abilene and then ay Lydia's wedding. It was a great time. We miss both of the kids especially as they were getting used to coming over. We love you, Claire, Chris, Meredith and Mattias. We wish you a Happy Thanksgiving. What are your plans? May God bless you each is our prayer!
