One of my very favorite spiritual songs is Be Still, My Soul. If I'm overwhelmed, emotional or generally stressed, thinking about the words to the song or listening to it on my ipod calms me down and really does help me soul be still.
I'm dedicating this post to my favorite bride-to-be whose wedding is this Saturday. This week will be a busy, emotional and potentially overwhelming week for her. Hoping this song comforts her the way it does me.
