Today, eskimo kisses brought me joy. I'm not sure I had tried it before with Meredith, at least not that she's responded to. As I gave her eskimo kisses this afternoon, she broke out in a big smile and cooed with happiness.

joyful: december 2
i really liked having daily thankful posts for the month of november. i can sometimes get down in the dumps for no real reason and focusing on the positive really helped me last month. so, i decided that for december, i'd focus on joy. fits with christmas, right? feel free to join in and share something that makes you joyful each day (here or on your own blog).
