Winter 'Round These Parts

 Mama's Losin' It
It's Writer's Workshop today. I chose prompt #2:  A photo journal entry…show us what winter looks like in your town

But... if you want to see what my town looks like in the winter, see here and here. I decided I'd show you what it looks like inside my house in the winter. CABIN FEVER, yo.

i think the theme here is obvious: keep warm! hats, sweaters, blankets and hot chocolate. it's cold 'round these parts. we're inside a lot and bundled up like mad.

how about you? is it cold where you are or are you going to make me jealous of your sunshiney warmth?

I hear ya on the cabin fever! I need to get out of this house...but that would require me getting out of my flannel pajamas!

Love the pic of your little sweetie all bundled up in her warm, fuzzy suit with the pacifier in her mouth. Reminds me so much of my oldest (now 11) when he was a baby. He had a suit like that and always had his "bink" in his mouth.

I loved your pics. Your daughter reminds me of my sister at that same age. Like twins, actually! Simply adored her little winter outfit too.

Stopping by via Mama Kat's today!

I love to be bundled up in the winter. We have blankets and throws all over the house.

The last picture of your bundle of joy would warm any heart.

it is cold here and snowing right now! your pics of the hats indoors always make me smile! it *was* very common for it to be 41 in our bedroom at night but now that we have the baby we actually turn the heat up a bit. lol.

I hate to report that it is sunny and 70 degrees where I am :) But before you hate me, know that I lived in the midwest for 25 years and experience hot and humid "summers" from April until November.

I should have known better sharing pics of sunny & 70....'cause we're back down in the thirties this morning! Though, it appears your neck of the woods gets a whole lot colder than that. So, I can definitely see why you're inside & bundled up. Stay warm in there with that uber cute little one you've got there!!! :>:> Thanks for stopping by so I could visit you here!

Nah... it's going to be 70ºF here today and tomorrow... not so cold. I guess it's nice, but I miss Boston... winters included!
